Hello Guys
Ive just received a letter from CST law for Unpaid Debt reminder notice instructed by Debt Recovery Plus. I’ve been ignoring it til now and unsure what to do as it says it will direct court documents towards my address soon.
Its increased to £170 and frankly don’t want to go to court about something so stupid.

Do a forum search on 'CST Debt Recovery' and read other very similar threads. Is this related to a single parking ticket or multiple ones (if so how many)? Which parking firm is involved? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
