CST Law - PCN

Options
Hello Guys
Ive just received a letter from CST law for Unpaid Debt reminder notice instructed by Debt Recovery Plus. I’ve been ignoring it til now and unsure what to do as it says it will direct court documents towards my address soon.

Its increased to £170 and frankly don’t want to go to court about something so stupid.

Do a forum search on 'CST Debt Recovery' and read other very similar threads. Is this related to a single parking ticket or multiple ones (if so how many)?  Which parking firm is involved?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Welcome!

    You won't be paying.

Please could you start again on the group thread for CST cases, to save us repeating ourselves?

Also your post reads as if you haven't even read post #4 of the NEWBIES thread yet...the post ALL ABOUT IGNORING TEDIOUS DRP DEBT LETTERS...please do (no link given or needed, it's at the top of this forum 2 clicks back and my signature below tells everyone where the little 'breacrumb trail link' back, is, top of every page...).

NO REPLY HERE PLEASE, WE CAN'T HANDLE DUPLICATE THREADS ABOUT THE SAME THING.

Just another "ADD ON A FAKE £70" scam letter from CST ... telling lies again that DRP instructed them ??.   Laughable junk that is called ABUSE OF PROCESS

don’t want to go to court about something so stupid.

A judge is also very likely to think the claim is stupid and find against them.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
