@Deltadia : I wouldn't be calling ANY mumber posted on a site (let alone one by a user who has just joined with 1 post).
If you do call, please research the number yourself to ensure you know who you are calling!
First thing I did was Google the number - it is TSB Fraud application team.
@maxximus75 : Absolutely, I noted lou_d's single post and posting a number without any explanation. "our fraud team" is interesting though.. sounds like someone posting on behalf of TSB CS. If thats the case, it really shows how TSB handles stuff.. I still have reservation calling them even if its TSB fraud team, as from the experience thus far, I doubt they would be helpful once I get through their phone lines. Waster of time, most likely.
