@maxximus75 : Absolutely, I noted lou_d's single post and posting a number without any explanation. "our fraud team" is interesting though.. sounds like someone posting on behalf of TSB CS. If thats the case, it really shows how TSB handles stuff..
I still have reservation calling them even if its TSB fraud team, as from the experience thus far, I doubt they would be helpful once I get through their phone lines. Waster of time, most likely.
