    Your other income, or lack of it, has no bearing on what data is provided by your platform, but it would probably help to know which platform you're with - I'd expect platforms to provide annual summaries of income, i.e. dividends, etc, but fund sales (and purchases) are reported via contract notes at the time of each transaction, and most platforms should allow you to view all such documents retrospectively via their websites....

    I foudn some thing called trade confirmation, is this contract note? At the bottom it says "important document please keep for tax purposes" (all in caps).

    Yes, the 'trade confirmation' documents (in IWeb's preferred terminology) are the ones you need to retain for tax purposes, that purpose being to record asset acquisition or disposal costs specifically for CGT calculations.

    And if you look at your April statement (in Valuations and Statements) for your Share Dealing account you will find your Consolidated Tax Certificate that details any income
