Dvh. Stealing deposits. Help and advice needed.
I booked a van to move house from discount vehicle hire at the start of May. Since then I've had no communication from them, nor have I had my deposit back.
There was no damage to the van and I have a video of the van in the state it arrived in. Also I've had no communication to say they are keeping the deposit.
Unfortunately, I booked it on my debit card, not credit, so can't chargeback. As the company is not responding, is there anything else I can do to get my money back?
