Easyjet not Easy to call

I have been trying to get hold of easyjet for several days. I need to change my flight for a voucher next year. The only way you can do it is to call them. Yesterday on hold for 2 hours, 37 minutes, today 2 hours 30 minutes and still they won't pick up. They will only allow you to change flight on line. I do not know what dates I can travel and they seem to be charging a high amount to pay for the difference. (Almost as if a cost of an entire new flight) flights are now less than 14 days and don't know what to do. My original outbound flights were cancelled by ba and to their credit, they refunded promptly.

If your flight has been cancelled you can request the voucher (or refund) online  (refund form can be found under 'other options'

If your flight has not been cancelled then vouchers are not being offered, only rebooking

Hi. Just got through to easyjwt. After over 2 hours 45 minutes. Even though I had an e mail saying my sons flight can have a voucher, they have declined it and denied sending it.  I mentioned the poor customer service and waiting times. An easyjet representative said they are not offering poor customer service  was wondering way I was complaining about  the queue times  and then hung up!
