Install power to shed with lighting and 32amp commando socket

Had a quote to install power to my garden shed, which is about 15 metres from the house. The quote was £740 and includes installing a 3 way Type A RCD incomer consumer unit in the shed, a double power socket and LED light within the shed, and a 32amp blue commando socket on the outside with an earth electrode (to be used for an electric car charger). The shed will be connected with 6mm SWA cable to an existing junction box on the house where a dedicated circuit has already been installed with a 32amp RCD in the main consumer unit.
The quote does not include the SWA cable itself or digging the trench, but will include all other materials. The electrician is fully qualified and Part P registered and has good reviews on Checkatrade.
Does this quote sound fair?

Have you looked at getting a grant for the car charger? I believe they are available, and would help offset some of the cost? Downside is that you need to use certain installers, but that might not be a big problem0
