Transfer offers disappeared after limit increase...

I had a very good money transfer offer from Halifax, which I was going to use to consolidate my other debts (to keep track of the total more easily). It would have taken me to about 80% utilisation on that card. So I requested a limit increase to bring the utilisation down. Limit increase was accepted immediately. I go to take the money transfer offer and it now says I don't have any transfer offers. Pretty annoyed. Is this common? Chances of them giving me the offer back if I call them tomorrow?
