Travel Insurance: COVID Queries :

Background:

Got a family annual travel policy purchased on 24 Jan 2020.
The trip for family (wife + 2 kids) started on 24 Jan - 30 March (return to UK) . bought in dec2019 
I travelled on 14 March to return on 30 March  (return to UK)  - bought in feb 2020

Entitlement as per policy:
Cancellation £2000; Curtailment £2000; Personal Belongings and Baggage £1250; Medical Excess £80 (subject to Double Excess or Excess
Waiver options that may have been selected); Medical Expenses £Unlimited; Hospital Benefit £2000; Delayed Departure £300; Holiday
Abandonment £2000; Missed Departure £500; Personal Accident £20000; Personal Liability £2000000; Legal Expenses £5000; Max days per
trip 90 days; Mugging benefit £250;

Due to COVID ,flight cancelled on 30th March and it happened 3 times due to airline cancelling the flight. I travelled back eventually on 04th June. 

Family return flights were cancelled as well, last flight which was cancalled by airline was on 27th June. Now the airline is banned to travel to Europe for 6 months. They are not changing the flight and asking to get in contact with the online broker to get any refund if possible. Online broker is not confirming and responding the refund application. 

New flight tickets for family are bought for another airline to return to UK in 1st week of Aug 2020.

After this there was an accident and my wife wrist broken. She might not able to travel in 1st week now she might ll be able to travel in last week of aug due to broken wrist.

Queries:
1. if I can claim back the new flight tickets of my family for return in August which were bought due to other airline could not travel ? 
2. if I & my family can claim on missed/delayed departure ?  
3. if I  & my family can claim expenses in the other country due to this delay ?
4. Any other claim i can submit to my travel insurance ?
