Damp repairs cost

Options
Just had a damp survey and they have said that for the issue to be fixed we should take off the plaster, let the wall dry and then replaster. How much would something like this cost per room? Rooms are roughly 12 x 12.

Not enough information, plus these damo surveyors are snake oil salesmen.  Please search this board and the house buying board for threads about damp as many of us have gone into some depth addressing these issues over the last few days.  If you need help
with a proper diagnosing the issue the. Post us some photos on the main In My Home board and lets try and save you some money.

Why is it damp is the first question you should be addressing.    If you were standing in the rain, you wouldn't put dry clothes on whilst standing in the rain.  You need the rain to stop.

Find the source, stop it.  Then think about repairing any lasting damage, otherwise just let it dry out!
