Eurostar voucher/refund hassle

We are booked to go to Disneyland Paris in October but do not feel it is yet safe to travel, or that we are getting the holiday we booked and paid for. Magic Breaks have been fantastic immediately offering a full refund of the deposit , or offering to change the dates. However Eurostar are a nightmare. They're not offering any refund or voucher and will charge £210 to change the dates, and we'd have to change them every few months for another £210 until we get the dates we want. Our insurance won't help as they don't cover "disinclination to travel". Has anyone managed to get Eurostar to refund or issue a voucher for trips later in the year or any idea if their voucher scheme will be extended beyond 7th September?
