Hi please someone help . My parents were due to go away in May , this was cancelled, they never got a credit note so they called TUI and they said sorry and they would action my parents refund which would take 28 days , that passed and still no funds so we called back again , this time too be told it has been auctioned and they would get there money back in 7 days . 7 days passed nothing , so called again was told the same but they would email accts and get back too us . So another 7 days passed nothing !! Not even a reply from the person chasing the matter , so called again and was told the same !!! They will not give me the acct department direct number , so the cycle is just continuing , what can I do ?

Who is ringing? You or them? If it is you, they wont action anything unless your parents have given permission to TUI for you to deal with things or are in the same room when you are making the call.

Have your parents actually checked if it has been refunded TUI it appears just refund without notification.

My SIL had her money refunded for a week and only found out on checking account.

It is your parents that have to speak to them unless they give permission to TUI on the phone.
