Ba forced voucher, can we now get refund?

We had flights cancelled in May to Boston with Ba and they gave no option for refund but judt voucher. Now I see they are refunding. Are we still eligible dispite bring forced to accept voucher as only original option other than rebook? Thanks

My gut feeling says no. Just to clarify did BA cancel the flights?

I had flights cancelled in April and refund was certainly an option...phoned up and had it back within a few days
Why were you told you could not have a refund? was the flight not cancelled or did you assume that online voucher refund was the only option? (you need to phone for refund)

I am guessing they offered you a refund and you accepted? Unfortunately, too late to change your mind
