Ba forced voucher, can we now get refund?

We had flights cancelled in May to Boston with Ba and they gave no option for refund but judt voucher. Now I see they are refunding. Are we still eligible dispite bring forced to accept voucher as only original option other than rebook? Thanks

Why were you told you could not have a refund? was the flight not cancelled or did you assume that online voucher refund was the only option? (you need to phone for refund)0 -
