It's the legal costs of £50 that points 12 to 14 are referring to, not court costs.Le_Kirk said:It is permitted to add court fees as per the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).0 -
Still legitimately claimable. Nothing to see.... move on.

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

If legitimately claimable then what are points 12 to 14 all about as it seems to be talking about the £50 legal costs they want me to pay?Umkomaas said:Still legitimately claimable. Nothing to see.... move on.0 -
No it isnt. You havent read carefully
12 - 14 deal with the unlawfully added amounts
IE the £60/70/82 etc (they make them up) on top of each PCN
Amounts completed in the right such as hearing fee are fine.2 -
OK thanks, I'll remove points 12-14 then.1

Thy were from an old defence from over a year ago. We've dropped those words now because they can seek £50 legal fees and that defence point was misadvised.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
