Furlough pay

My work this month have made me take 1 weeks mandatory holiday and worked it as such that with my holiday pay I'm still Only bringing home just over the 80% furlough pay. So in fact I'm paying myself some furlough pay.
I'm just asking are they allowed to do that even though they can claim 80% from the government. Shouldn't my hol pay be on top.

They have to pay you at full rate for holidays.1

You will only 20% more for one week, so if you are a fairly low earner what you see in the wage packet will not be a lot.
