Cancelling membership during Covid

Joined Gravity Force Feb 2019 and was advised to cancel you had to give 90 days written notice. They closed due to Covid and stopped taking payments but have also said they will not accept membership cancellations until back open on 25 July, therefore notice given 20 March will not start until 25 July. Is this legal as T&C's stated 90 days written notice and obviously Covid not about back in Feb 19 when we joined?
