Bham Midshires damaged my credit file saying I had missed April's mortgage payment when I had not.

Thanks for replying again. You will be interested to know that I managed to get through to Bham Midshires (finally). They sent a note across to the CRA's whilst I was on hold requesting their negative entries be removed. They said the CRA's have a backlog of rectifications to get through as the CRA offices were closed during lockdown. Apparently I'm not the only one whose credit file has been negligently damaged!!0 -
They were open during the crisis on reduced staff. I contacted them myself twice during lockdown. They did say many lenders were delaying sending information over but definitely open. Sounds like they passing the blameloveandlight said:firstimebuyer1993
