TSB online banking

Anyone having problems with TSB O/L banking? specifically when trying to amend or delete a standing order. Since they decided to create their own software a couple years ago this is just the latest problem I've encountered. Despite formally complaining and many phone calls nobody seems prepared to admit there's a problem let alone resolve it.

Amending any future payment (whether single or a standing order) never seems to work for me. I've found that I have to delete it and start again. It's tedious, but at least deleting payments seems to work for me.

Same for me BP.0

Certainly fouled up today - so what's new?Bizarre oscillations between two third-party sites of TSB's using, totally swallowing the processor's cores. TSB - Totally 5hit Bank.0

TSB's online services have always been pretty useless IMHO.
The current "once-only" required security confirmation of a text containing a code happens every single time I logon to online banking despite my saying it is a "trusted" source.
It's an absolute PITA.0 -

So it's not just me and my computer which gets that - always having to enter a code even though I always then say it's a trusted computer.0 -
Is that maybe a result of clearing cookies on exit, that is the only time any of the banking sites I use that use trusted device ask for 2fa / confirmation.cognoscenti said:TSB's online services have always been pretty useless IMHO.

I have never had to put in code to log in to TSB.0

This happens occassionaly here. No security dongle activity; no text with code - just immediate access to full services.
