Easyjet Voucher Code

I received a Easyjet voucher code for my cancelled flight but the code doesn't work. So cannot book my flights until i get in touch with them. I have called for 3 days now and have been on hold for a total of 3.5hrs. As i write this i am on hold for 1hr and 50mins.
Since i have been trying to call them to give me a voucher code that works the flights i want have increase in cost. I have tried all scenarios on the code they gave me but it doesn't work.
Frustrating is putting it mildly!!!!

You can't use their vouchers online, has to be done via the call centre, just keep trying.

Try Sat morning as soon as they open...

We've found the same. It's outrageous: we're being forced to pay another £60 (25%) because I have to call-up to book the new flights.
