I’m after some thoughts/advice on what I should do with my caravan.
The park it is kept on I can’t do my own subletting and has to be done through the park. I can however let friends and family stay in it.
I have a friend who would like to book the van and I have told her the price for the time she wants.
She has now asked how she pays and I’m wondering if I should ask her for the full payment now or take a deposit and, if so, what is the expected amount I should ask for. Is there anyone else who sublets their holiday home and advise on what is best?
Thanks
