Sky

Hi, I am being chased for a sky debt which I do not believe is mine. When I first received a letter from the company I called them and they were unable to speak with me as the birthday and email they held for the debtor were not mine. I sent them a prove it letter and their response today has been this:

"We can confirm that the subscription was conducted electronically therefore the contract was binding via the terms and conditions which were agreed upon on confirmation of the subscription. Therefore we are unable to provide you with a copy of your credit agreement. Should you dispute this debt, please provide evidence of your address during the dates of- to - so that we can investigate this further."
I emailed them previously to this offering details of where I lived and they said it wouldn't prove anything as I could have taken it out for someone else, yet now they are asking for it! Surely if they have no contract and no correct details for me other than my name I cannot be held liable?
They are texting and ringing constantly and it feels like harassment. Please help!
Thank you
