How to fill gaps between Garage roofing and concrete walls

I got 40 years old garage with concrete walls and roof
There are gaps between roof and wall, wanted to fill this gap so less cold enters into garage and I can possibly use garage as my temporary office bit longer than summer.
Please suggest your ideas

Expanding foam applied with a gun rather than a can with a flexible tube on the end. With a gun, it is dead easy to put down a thin bead just where it is needed. Best done from outside as the roof sheets would get in the way on the inside - Although, a short length of flexible tubing on the end of the gun would solve that issue.Only squirt a thin bead of foam in there. Put too much in, and there is a chance that the roof sheets will be lifted up and make the gap even bigger. The garage is still going to be cold (and damp). There isn't much you can do about that unless the whole space is insulated and a proper door fitted.Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.1 -
The gaps are there for a reason, i.e. to provide ventilation. If you fill them all, you are likely to get condensation forming on the underside of the roof causing rusting of any metal parts connected to the roof sheets. In fact you could cause general condensation problems throughout the garage, with damp floor, walls and contents.

I may use expanding foam in the roof gaps and keep the window open while garage is not in use so there is some ventilation
