Depending also on the contract the company has with your agency, it may be obligated to pay bonus payments to the agency as well. If as a company they hire you separately they may still have to pay the agency a "finder's fee"0

if I've read this right the OP is a Contractor paid more than the std perm rate for the job. I've done both sides, never complained about T&C's and moved on when it was right.0
