Wanting a refund for cancelled Air France flights

I had two flights to Tokyo with Air France that were bought directly from Air France. We were due to fly in May and they cancelled the flights.
I filled in an online form to ask for a refund and six weeks later I got an email saying I should have filled in an online form on the Air France UK website (which is what I thought I'd already done - it was in English after all!).
A month later I get an email saying I need to reply to the email if I want a refund or I can fill in an online form!
I've had enough of this and followed the advice on Paul Lewis's blog and have written to their legal dept enclosing a copy of my waiting-to-be-submitted money claim online, saying I'll submit it if I don't get my refund within a week.
I'm wondering if anyone else has had success getting a refund from Air France?

Why make it hard on yourself. I bet most of the global .com sites for companies are in English.One of my work colleagues did it, no problem. Although there was over a month's wait I think.

Enough of waiting, filling in an online form, filling in another after six weeks, waiting 4 weeks and then getting an email asking me to fill in an online form!0 -
To be fair at least some of the delay seems to be your error. Patience is s virtueAn answer isn't spam just because you don't like it......0
