Fixing a hanging basket bracket onto concrete fence post

As above, I’ve got 4 concrete fence posts that I’d like to stick/glue/adhesive a hanging basket bracket to each, to hang a bird seed feeder from.  What would work please?

I looked at options recently, not for a hanging basked but for securing a canopy.  I ended up with these: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/H-section-Concrete-Post-Brackets-to-fit-100mm-post-x5-trellis-fairy-lights-etc/303579697830?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649 and they work really well.  If you search ebay for 'concrete post hanging basket bracket' you can get ones with the hanging basket bracket included.

I glued narrow strips of wood with No  More Nails to our concrete posts then screwed the brackets to that and it has not moved in over 2 years

This is what my husband did for my hanging baskets several years ago.  They will probably outlast us both.  Hanging baskets can be extremely heavy especially after watering.  Not sure I would glue the brackets on.

But the OP is only hanging  bird feeders from them so no weight and no watering

Hmm ... those sparrows and blackbirds get pretty heavy after eating all that food!    :D
And when OP gets fed up with the starlings eating all the food in 30 seconds flat maybe they'll decide hanging baskets are better value.  :*

Gorilla glue will certainly do the job, but just be certain it is where you want it to be as removal won't be easy.
