Can anyone suggest how to get hold of AFerry, Oxford near impossible for me I just want to re book using my credit For cancellation by AFerry

“The best way to contact us is to log into your AFerry Account, and send us a message. Messages are sent directly to our customer service team, and an advisor will be on hand to assist you as soon as possible.”1 -
I have tried this method I have logged into my account however I can not re- book maybe it is because it was cancelled due to covid ? I have tried via Face Book and Twitter I have even emailed DFDS to see if they still deal with AFerry I have left a message most days on the 'abot' no reply Im thinking that they are only concerned with new bookings I just want my money back now0

The phone number on FB is no longer in service !!! I will have to complain by letter which I am now going to do as well as chase up my Credit Card see if they will repay thats taken 3 days so far for their reply I have insurance but i have to go the CCard route first
