Starling Bank after approval Bounce Back Loan checks

I was approved by Starling for a bounce back loan.  I had never applied for an overdraft or loan from Starling and up until February and March I always had some money coming in.  I applied for a Bounce back Loan which they approved. I have been waiting over a week for the funds to be deposited. In the meantime Starling have not requested further information yet I'm being told they are doing further checks. I read the agreement and the schedule and I have satisfied the conditions under the signed agreement. Starling appears to be using conditions that do not appear to be part of the scheme.  I have waited 3 weeks for the approved funds!

Barclays are behaving in the same kind of way. It can’t be a coincidence as the same thing has happened to me, Barclays eventually coming back to me to say I didn’t meet the criteria.  How can you get approved for the Bounce Back Loan, told funds would be deposited for the bank to then back track. It’s happening to too many people.
