Subject: Re: Paypal Petition Superseded - Please Read.
Hi
I signed the new petition.
I had a thought - perhaps you know of moneysavingexpert.com - it's a key consumer site run by Martin Lewis who has high media profile and champions consumer issues for instance during this year he led a campaign for getting bank charges refunded.
MoneySavingExpert has a weekly newsletter which goes out to 1.5 million a week (I subscribe).
Moneysavingexpert supports using ebay as a way to save money/get bargains - and is all about people clearing debt etc. I think the site/Martin could be interested in knowing about paypal issues - and possibly would put something on the site or even put a piece in the newsletter. At the least one can sign up and post a note to their forums to warn others.
Thought you may find it a good route to get more support.
My issue with paypal is not resolved yet but it hasnt come to an end.
regards
Julie

Dear All,
I am writing to inform you that the 'Enforce Banking Regulations For UK Paypal Customers' petition has now been superseded by the following Petition:
yes - this means we will be attempting to petition 10 Downing Street directly!
However, unfortunately this does mean that your previous signature(s) cannot be automatically transferred across to this new petition.
Therefore, I am urging you ... begging you... please re-sign this new petition and also promote it at every available opportunity!
Thanks
