Section 75a Motorhome not fit for purpose

First thing the battery: they aren't designed to be discharged more than 50%, if it was flat after your trip to Chessington then it needed replacing at that point, it was never going to hold a charge after that. Have you replaced it now?
You need to do some troubleshooting....is your charger working properly? What is the voltage when you have the MH plugged in? If you disconnect your solar panels how long before the battery starts to show signs of discharge (ie. drops below 12.6V). Are your solar panels working properly? How did you store you MH between buying it in December and the trip to Chessington? If fully charged the battery should last a few weeks (assuming you've turned everything off) and whilst your solar panel should keep everything topped up in summer, it might struggle in winter - do you keep the MH plugged in when you're not using it?Secondly the faulty seals and the problem with the central locking on the hab door: these should be handled by the dealer under warranty (I'm assuming the "BN" at the start of your post means brand new). They may have to wait for parts from the manufacturer, but whilst it can take a while it does sound like they haven't really been on the ball here. However, I'm not sure the niggles you've mentioned would constitute grounds to reject the motorhome (teething problems are always to be expected I'm afraid). You mention you've checked fuses as recommended on forums....what else have you done? I don't know which forum(s) you've tried but I've always found the members of motorhomefun.co.uk really knowledgeable and helpful. You don't mention what make/model you have but there are also a lot manufacturer-specific groups on Facebook who would probably be able to help you (you may find someone who has bought from the same dealer).0
