Has anyone else had problems getting a refund from The Range?

So far I have spent 3 weeks, 3 1/2 hours queuing on online chat and over £10 in phone calls trying to process a refund from the range, I have finally got my money back for the original item (£89 for a gazebo not fit for purpose) but they also promised to refund the delivery charge which they have not and after spending another 40 mins waiting in a queue online and getting to number 1 in the queue I just got a message saying all our operatives are occupied we can't process your request sorry for the inconvenience. I know it's only £10 but I am so frustrated with their appalling customer service that it's now the principle.
Any suggestions?

Why has it cost you £10+ in phone calls? What number are you calling? Their website shows 0345 026 7598 ... that's an 03 number which should be included in calling plans.0

No it doesn't ... 03 numbers (which includes 0345) are inclusive with your Goodybag minutes:Spank said:

If you've been charged for them then raise a case with an agent. If you have unlimited minutes then the maximum call duration is 9 hours ... free GG to GG calls are limited to 60 minutes.0 -
And if you don't have a Goodybag (like me) is it still free?0

Obviously not ... but then why would you have a giffgaff SIM and not take out at least the cheapest Goodybag? Why would you load up with airtime credit rather than get a £6 Goodybag which would give you unlimited minutes? In this situation you haven't mitigated your loss.1

Because I don't make enough phone calls or use non WiFi data for it to be worth it, not that I have to justify myself to you I was just pointing out that 0345 numbers are not always free.0

Just realised that you started a pointless argument - you're not even the OP. I even made it clear in my first reply that I was referring to calling plans. 🙄1

You questioned why it cost him money & I pointed out a reason, but you're right its pointless and not helping the OP0
