Travel insurance claim help

My daughter is 14 and due to go on holiday to Turkey on the 1st August with her friend and her friends parents.  She is really anxious and uncomfortable as she will be travelling by car from Manchester to Edinburgh airport to depart for Turkey.   The family are not in our bubble and she will be unable to social distance from them while away, she will be living in the same apartment, eating with them and sharing facilities, also if she displays any symptoms she would need to isolate from us when she returns for 14 days, which we are not sure how that would even work.  We have spoken to the other families insurance who have said she would not be covered so I am a little stuck what to do.  
Any help would be appreciated.

She needed to have her own insurance from when the holiday was booked . Even with insurance " disinclination to travel" is not a valid claim as it's her choosing not to travel

I think the adults are likely to be more wary of a 14 year old who is likely to be only mildly affected in the unlikely event she contracted the virus.
I do hope you have travel insurance in place for her that covers Covid-19 whilst abroad.
