Love Holidays

Ninth Anniversary Combo Breaker

I am literally at the end of my tether with Love Holidays - my family is due to fly 2/8/20 and really would like to postpone the trip to 2021. My daughter is a type 1 diabetic and I really feel I comfortable going abroad with her at this time.
I have been trying to contact Love Holidays to resolve this but am having an absolute nightmare getting in contact with them. I’m an NHS keyworker and am
spending any day off I get to try and join the only way you are able to contact Love Holidays via live chat - not having any joy whatsoever. I have been reading all the comments on Facebook about other customers In exactly the same position and there is even some that have not had any contact from love holidays even on the day they are supposed to travel ! I’m aware my hotel is closed as contact them directly. I don’t want to travel - that’s all - I just want to go next year but can’t speak to anyone to sort this. I’m thinking of just contacting my bank to see if I can process a chargeback - as I cannot wait until the day I am suppose to travel to see whether I’m going or not - I have a dog to sort out and medication to obtain for my daughter. 
Any advise would be really appreciated.

    Frustrating though it undoubtedly is, they're dealing with customers in departure date order, so probably won't have got round to those for next month yet.  Chargeback won't work at this stage as they haven't advised you of anything yet, but if you haven't already then it may be worth forwarding written notification that the hotel will definitely be closed on your dates.
