Boiler service warning -Combustion chamber insulation board brittle partly broken should be replaced

Hi,
I had a gas inspection and boiler service done yesterday. The inspection was passed. The service records noted one recommended action - "Combustion chamber insulation board brittle partly broken should be replaced"
The annual service comes as part of the emergency-cover so I'm not able to get in touch with the company that did the service unfortunately.
I was hoping someone would know the answers to the following -
1. What that issue means in simpler language?
2. Is it something that should be repaired asap?
3. Ballpark cost of repair/replacement so I can know if quotes I get are reasonable.
This is the boiler (if it makes a difference). We bought the house 5 years ago so don't know exactly how old the boiler is.
