Hi,
Couple of queries - the ongoing debate around notice pay if you are furloughed should this be at 80% or 100%?
My employer wants to keep us on furloughed notice pay once the scheme ends but our notice is not complete - is this fair and legal?

If your notice period is no more than one week plus the statutory minimum, notice should be paid at 100%. If it is more than that, it will depend on your contract of employment.0
