Fair price? Soffit & Gutters

Options
Total newbie to sorting out this sort of thing, does this sound about right to you knowledgeable folks, 2 bed semi, front and back (no gutters on the side):
"to remove soffits, fascia & guttering and replace with 20mm white fascia, 10mm white cladded soffit and black guttering.  Fit UPVC trays under felting, scaffold front and back. £2470.00"

Thanks for any advice you can give.

That sounds pretty extortionate to me. I suspect the materials would total less than £250 and it would be at most half a day's work for two people. I'd say £750 at a push.

Would say the scaffolding is more than £750, I've had silly prices lately

What's wrong with ladders? Scaffolding seems excessive. Or maybe a cherrypicker?

They need to work over a conservatory, and no access for a cherrypicker.
    The scaffolding part is £400

I recently had this done on a 3 bed terraced, including ground floor bay window and kitchen extension for £860. No scaffolding though, just ladders.

The quote is expensive. I paid less last year for the same work on a much bigger property, and my builder is known not to be cheap but he is very good.
