How is having a wet room relevant to whether or not you can buy in the future?

Some councils wont sell properties that have been adapted for the disabled.
    Ask your council.
    Different councils, different rules

Buying your council flat can create a lot of problems for you as the owner. Problems which wouldn't affect a tenant, and wouldn't affect the owner of an ex council house.
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales
