Rail Europe refund for train tickets to France

I booked Eurostar and SNCF ticked through Rail Europe for the May bank holiday. The Eurostar train was cancelled so I should get a full refund. However you can only email Rail Europe and they just give excuses that they’re waiting to hear back from SNCF. Their twitter feed claims they can get full refunds. Anyone any advice on what to do next? Thanks
