HTB Isa Transfer - Best Interest Rate Available

Although HTB Isas are no longer available for new applicants, I recently discovered that it is possible to transfer an existing HTB Isa to another provider. Problem is I can't find a source that shows the rates of existing HTB Isas to get the best rate for a transfer. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Tx
