Maybe tell us which company, which airline, the original airport and the new airport, and someone will be able to help.

    Which airline?

In any case a fair few companies group airports together in their package holiday terms and conditions based on geography and dont count a change between them as significant.  London airports likely to be bundled together if they also do similar.

Probably Emirates, who cancelled Stansted but appear to have reinstated it today, but not sure of the start date. The conditions allow changes between those two airports so unless the change is more than 12 hours, you have no right to cancel free of charge
