child's renewal passport advice

I have the trouble of renewing my son's passport, and i remember having trouble last time applying for it. I have a court order which is stamped in black ink from a family court, unfortunately the passport office wants the stamp in red ink i have explained that black court stamps for family court is black and crown stamps are red. After being on the phone with the passport office they don't agree with what i have due to it not being the colour they want the stamp, they have told me i have to provide evidence that family court uses black stamps for court orders, and crown court uses red stamps.
What i am really asking is does anyone on here know how to get evidence that the courts uses different coloured stamps as i have to provide this for the application of the passport, and they will not accept my original copy of the court order.
many thanks
