Pcn’s

Options
Hi to all
I am in need of some advise regarding pcn’s 8 to be exact all from 2017/18 all on final debt recovery notices from our friendly crew at DCB limited
now before I ask for any advice I need to explain that these alleged charges have all gone to my employer who is listed as the registered keeper and been past to me to sort because he says they are down to me(true) and also to let you know I went through this a couple of months ago on another 7 or 8 tickets it was put through the court process and I...he lost because I failed to file a defense in time it cost me over £1800 This will not happen again.
So to get to the issue in question
I have sent a sar to cp plus I have requested info from DVLA  and have also reported cab limited to trading standards for the way the format their letters using the word bailiffs all the time I am waitin for info of dvla and cp plus to arrive
the original NTK where ignored I prosume so what I have at the moment is 8 final debt recovery notices off DCB limited for £170 each
oh forgot to mention 3 of the 8 tickets are parking yes not cp plus
all the demands for money are to my employer as keeper because no driver was put forward and 2 of the pcn’s where issued in Scotland.
any advise would be much appreciated
thank you

If the keeper hasn't named the driver under the POFA , the keeper remains liable and could be issued with a court claim

If you are a hirer or lease as an employee , then he should name you as hirer or lessee or company employee Keeper so everything is in your name , to comply with POFA if this is in England or Wales , so he tells CP plus , not dcbl

Until it's all in your name , you have no liability , your employer does

Does the NEWBIE sticky, that you read before posting your query, not help?

I doubt that the OP has read it , despite it being near the top of the forum near the new thread button

you have had 16 parking tickets?  :open_mouth:
That is all a big mess ........ and it will be hard to give advice on some claims and not get some degree of confusion.

while some invoices are for different PPC's I would have a thread for each PPC ... after reading and following the advice above.
debt collectors can be ignored ... but as you know court claims cannot!

    Well Well Well
thanks guys I have read the sticky post and I get it (sort of)
the only thing I would like to ask is do you think that it’s not to late in the day for my employer 😉 to contact cp plus stating I was the hirer/employee not forgetting he has already sent a sar to them
by the way they have just replied to the sar asking for an individual ticked number when the sar stated all information relating to him
    thx

No, of course it isn't too late
we wouldn't have said so otherwise

its absolutely imperative you are named as the hirer or lessee, whatever is correct.  The driver word must not be used.
