LOVE HOLIDAYS   PLEASE PLEASE HELP

We have booked a holiday with Love Holiday to Italy before the COVID 19 virus. We are due to fly in 4 weeks time the holiday is on according to love holiday who took the last payment today, but the site we are due to stay in has stated they will not be open this season. Love Holidays have not informed us, it is impossible to get in contact with them i have been in the live chat queue everyday for the past 2 weeks from 0900-1700 and i never get an answer. there is no phone line to call they are impossible. we have paid the money for the holiday i wish i had cancelled it months ago rather than lose £1500. i cannot risk flying to Italy with a 7 year old boy without knowing if we have somewhere to stay. This company are a joke. We are so stressed with dealing with the virus, looking after kids and now this. We would gladly transfer to next year but you can't even do that. Just look at there social media its full of people stuck abroad with nowhere to go or the reviews no-one can get in touch with them........

  • I feel your pain Davelozza! We were due to fly Sat 10/7/20. Our BA flight was cancelled. Like you I’ve tried live chat always same comment 250 before etc. We have had not contact via email/text/phone call disgusted with their lack of ‘customer support’. The manage my booking option worries me as the options imply that you, the customer are cancelling the holiday, which is not the case, so I’m at not happy to use this process. I have now used the Resolver website (via moneysavingexpert.com) in an attempt to get contact from this dreadful company! IF I have success I will update you.
  • I have some email contact addresses. I have emailed all of them today! I have had a response from this one, give it a try Isabelle.hemington@livingbridge.com. The other is socialteam@livingbridge.com. I have also sent the message via loveholidays Facebook page. I have tried to get contact details for the Founder and CEO of loveholidays who is Alex Francis but I cannot get this information. The email I received was a bog standard answer but I will be emailing everyday am and pm if I do not receive a reply from customer service by Wednesday next week.  If I have anything positive to share I will.
