Impra-Gas Ltd Liquidation - Will the new owners honour my boiler service guarentee?

I bought my new gas central heating boiler off Impra-Gas Ltd in 2018. It came with a free 10year service agreement with Impra-Gas, however this company has now gone into liquidation. Their web site is down and I can't talk to anyone to understand what happens now - do I need to arrange an alternative service via another company or will the new owners honour my agreement? What can I do?

It depends on what liabilities the new owners have taken on.
Outside of that, you have section 75 options if you paid by credit card.0 -
Your best bet is to contact the manufacturer of your BoilerInternet search shows I-G Ltd were something of a shell company who 'sold' the deal and hired independent contractors to do the work - With a young boiler the maker MIGHT offer a guarantee.1
