What encryption have you set-up on the Home Hub? The WGA11b can only handle WEP.
The setup software required to configure this device for use on encrypted networks does not work properly with Windows Vista and Linksys currently has no plans to provide support for this device and Windows Vista. If you have an encrypted network and your only PC is running Windows Vista you will not be able to configure and use this device. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
we have windows xp we have ssid enabled (sorry not very tech minded) can you turn off the encryption on the home hub or would that leave us open to get a hacker0

Why turn it off? Have you set the encryption to WEP or WPA? Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
