Ellietwinny20 said:Hi, Many thanks for your reply & info. I only ever used the mobile app/prize checker - then latterly I checked the website. There was a disparity between a number of prizes on the mobile app/prize checker (5 in total) and those listed on the website.

Good shout and I would add screenshots showing the disparity. I don't understand how the prize checker app can even be unreliable. All you do is enter your Holders number (no pwd etc needed) which validates what bond numbers you own. Assuming your holders number was entered correctly and no typo made? It also shows you the specific bond numbers that won over the past 7 draws (latest and 6 months prior) so you should be able to correlate that with the main site to check if you do indeed have those specific bond numbers.1

Also if you do find anything of interest then pls start a fresh thread as might be of interest / help to others.0

I invested £7,500 in NS&I premium bonds in Jan 2021and downloaded the NS& I Prize checker App on my mobile phone. When checking the app I was chuffed to have won some modest prizes (ranging from £25 - £100).
It maybe unrelated but it seems that you have won ( or at least the app indicates that ) more that would be expected normally.
The frequency of winning prizes and the size of the prizes, does vary from one period to the next so it is difficult to be sure , but for example I have £50K in bonds and I can not remember the last time I got a £100 prize, possibly never.
Someone with £7500 for 12 months could expect to win on average just two or three prizes and it would be highly likely that would only be £25. The chance of winning a £100 prize would be once every 41 years on average.
So you are either very lucky, or the app is giving you the wrong info.

If registered on NS&I then this would show all the prizes and related bond numbers.0
