Historic subsidence to detached garage

Hi,
We bought our house 3yrs ago and the previous owners advised of a subsidence and underpinning claim against the detatched garage back in 99/00. This was caused due to trees/hedgerows which were removed as part of the claim.
When we moved in we kept our insurance with our provider at a sensible rate but they have now put the price up.

Does anyone know of a provider that does not count outbuildings when asking if the property has previously suffered from subsidence? Or that has a timescale attached to their subsidence history questioning (last 10/20yrs etc)?
Thanks
