My two sisters both passed away recently in April and May followed by my mother a few days later. How would the estate be divided if I am the only child remaining. One of of my sisters had children. Does the estate come directly to me or does the estate get divided by 2 or by 3. (one sister never married and never had children)

Did your mother leave a will?0

You need to work out order of death if none of them left a will.
So Sister 1 did she have children?
Sister 2 ditto
Mother was widowed? no husband or partner? If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.0 -
Assuming your mother died intestate and did not a living husband then 50% of her estate would go to you and 50% to be divided equally between the grandchildren.
Also assuming your unmarried childless sister also died intestate then her entire estate would have passed to your mother so now forms part of her estate.0 -
Thank you
widowed Mother died intestate. 1st sister intestate with partner but didn't have any, that we know of, assets i.e. no property and 2nd sister left property to a nephew in a will0 -
The first sister's estate would have passed to your mother but there was apparently no estate.
The second sister left a will.
Your mother died intestate.

It would seem that the estate is shared between you and your late sister's children.1
