Why not just read the other CP Plus / DCBL threads? Amazes me that we read new threads where the person appears not to have read a single similar thread first, even though we are inundated with DCBL threads right now and the advice given is the same to all.
There's one I replied on today...with a robust reply to adapt. I'm not linking it - that ever helps a newbie learn how to look round the forum! Start reading today's updated threads!
All you need to do - IN ADDITION TO THE ROBUST REPLY I SUGGEST, PLUS THE COMPLAINT TO MEADOWHALL - is get the keeper to transfer liability to the driver by contacting CP Plus and DCBL (the latter will probably refuse but they have no choice if the keeper gives the name and postal address for service of the driver in writing before a court claim is filed).
You do realise this is not true and they can't have this sum?so for all 7 this is a total of £1050.Nope, it's not. They are having a laugh at your family's expense. Read the threads!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Oops, spill chucker strikes again! should be severally although I like the idea that they are severely liable!Half_way said:is usually best to try and draw up your own complaint, the key thing to get to the centre is that they are jointly and severely liable for the actions of their agents.3 -
Thanks all! Totally understand your frustration at people creating new threads etc. So my deepest apologies for that. I have spent the last few days reading the threads, finding them very very useful. It may just be anxiety or paranoia that made me want to check I wasn't missing anything specific to my case. Thank you all for your time.1
