Love Holidays Refund

Hi,
I have now been waiting well over 2 months from my departure date for a refund from love holidays. They are impossible to contact and have not responded to me with anything other than a generic email. Has anyone had any success in getting a refund? I'm thinking of going through charge back on my credit card, does anyone have any experience of this? We're struggling for money as COVID has massively dented our income and just want to get what we are due.

Chargeback or section 75 ?
Different things.
A chargeback can be refused or reclaimed on appeal.
Section 75 can be refused if loveholidays file evidence that they are dealing with the request or your credit card insist you exhaust all other avenues like travel insuranceEx forum ambassador

Thanks, I have finally spoken to love holidays via live chat. They fed me some rubbish about my card had expired so they were having trouble refunding it. So I went to my credit card company they checked through everything and have said that it was all completely wrong. The card I used was in date and it is the same card I have now. They have agreed to take it on as it has taken so long and I am clearly being lied to. And they said the company should make one payment and then easyjet repay them for the flight, but they did say we are in strange times! Unfortunately it is going to take at least 45 days, but at least its under way now. I can definitively say that I will never use love holidays again, as I can cope with the delay as it is such a weird situation, but to bear faced lie is the end.0
