Unable to download transfer / Hotel vouchers - Alpharooms

I booked an hotel / transfers through Alpharooms & flights separately with Jet2. Due to the pandemic jet2 changed my flight times so I sent alpharooms the amended times. They replied saying that they would have this confirmed with their supplier who look to be MTS Globe. I am due to fly in 3 days & I still have not had confirmation from alpharooms & I am unable to download my vouchers for the transfers or the hotel. On the alpharoom my account page it still says "download available after 48 hours after full payment" I paid in full on the 5th July however the PDF invoice still says there is a balance due but on the main page it does say paid. I have contacted the hotel directly who are open & say that they have my booking. I have emailed Alpharooms again with no reply & they are not taking telephone calls. I am getting extremely anxious & not willing to fly unless I have the vouchers. I obviously do not want to be stranded in Spain. 
Any advice please?

EDIT: Update. I have now received all the required documents.
