i been trying to contact on the beach about my holiday but you cant contact them by phone, emails sent over 3 weeks ago with no replies and reply from facebook messenger or on their  facebook page. i fly in 2 weeks i wanted to contact them about change holiday dates, and then they havent sent the holiday checklist, bloody nightmare

    Have you requested a change via the "my booking" section of the website ?

  • i sent a email to find out how much it would cost me to change. i dont wanna change if it will cost me to much

    The change dates via My Booking is greyed out. You can't change any dates on the website at all. I want to move my holiday forward by 2 weeks but am struggling to get hold of them. I've tried messaging via their online form, Facebook messenger, Twitter and email. I'm currently sat in a telephone queue and have been for 2 hours.

    I received an email on Friday from Hoppa cancelling the transfers. I rang 0371 474 3000 and managed to speak to someone. When I asked about the flights (I was aware that TUI were not flying to Egypt in August) and on them checking, confirmed there were no flights. Couldn’t change dates and the agreed to cancel the booking for a full refund. Hotel and transfers to be returned 7 day- flights will be sometime in the future. I can’t believe OTB wouldn’t have made contact when it was abundantly clear that it was not going to happen and the telephone waiting message advised that this would be at least 7 days before departure.
